My wines

My profession as a winemaker, practiced throughout the Sicilian territory for over twenty years in support of various wineries, has allowed me to become well acquainted with several viticultural areas of the island. Today, I consider the Sicilian vineyard a great opportunity to identify individual vineyards of great prestige.
The company's production philosophy is very simple: great attention in the vineyard to obtain excellent grapes; precise and appropriate processing in the cellar to ensure that the wine does not lose the characteristics of the grape variety in its specific microclimate.
